By accessing or using PickStream (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PickStream is a directory and viewer for publicly available live-streaming channels from YouTube, organized by region, language, and category. PickStream does not host, own, or control any of the video content displayed — all streams are embedded directly from YouTube and remain the property of their respective channel owners.
3. Accounts
To use certain features (such as saving “grillas” / channel collections), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
PickStream offers a free plan with limited features and a paid “Pro” plan with additional features (such as additional saved grillas and an ad-free experience). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
6. Third-Party Content
All video content is provided via embedded YouTube players. PickStream is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party channels. Content availability may vary by region due to geographic restrictions set by the content owners or YouTube.
7. Channel Suggestions
If you submit a channel suggestion, you grant PickStream the right to review, list, and describe that channel on the Service. We reserve the right to accept or reject any suggestion at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
The PickStream name, design, and original written content are the property of PickStream. All third-party trademarks, channel names, and logos belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of channel information, or availability of any specific stream.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
